Value Added Services

Our team at dti EXACT™ understands the necessity of efficiency in today’s manufacturing environment. To that end, we have developed a wide range of value-added services available to customers in the aerospace, medical, and other manufacturing industries. Finish machining services include lapping, tumbling, polishing & heat treatment capabilities. While we are able to hold very close tolerances on the order of ±0.0002″ in our CNC machining centers, surface finishes and part features can be even further refined. Additionally laser marking can be used to provide complete part traceability.

Multiple components may be combined via Heat Induction bonding, High Vacuum brazing or mechanical assembly. Various parts may also be kitted for customer convenience. Because we offer multiple machining services, including milling, turning, and diamond lasing, customers can rely on us to provide a single source for all of their machining and manufacturing needs.
