At dti EXACT™, we provide diamond laser cutting and drilling for the tool making and industrial sectors. Our expert team can cut natural or lab-grown diamonds up to 6″ in diameter. As the manufacturer of the most precision diamond orifices for the waterjet cutting industry available, we have developed proprietary methods of cutting and shaping diamonds for use in tooling. Precision holes as small as 0.002″ can be cut into diamond shapes with unparalleled accuracy. Our ability to cut and shape diamonds has now been extended as a contract manufacturing service to a variety of industrial customers. Both large and small manufacturers can take advantage of our innovative precision diamond manufacturing technologies for their own designs.

Additional services include high vacuum brazing, adhesive bonding, and mechanical assembly. After the manufacturing process for a specific component has been developed, turnaround times average approximately two weeks. We have developed diamond manufacturing techniques that did not previously exist in the market and enjoy solving new machining and cutting challenges.
