High Vacuum Brazing Services

At dti EXACT™, we use high vacuum brazing to create a clean, durable bond in metal joints. High vacuum brazing is a very efficient process. Multiple joints on parts up to 10″ in length, 6″ in width, and 3″ in height can be simultaneously brazed in a single cycle. Since no flux is required, assemblies remain free of contamination. This is especially important in many medical and aerospace applications. The heating and cooling of the piece is very tightly controlled. Therefore, dimensional distortion is minimized or eliminated altogether, making vacuum brazing ideal for high precision work. We are able to pull a deeper vacuum than many standard vacuum brazing providers. This allows us to create very strong bonds, even in dissimilar materials.

Our shop was initially created to serve in-house tool making and manufacturing needs and has since grown to serve a variety of customers and industries. dti EXACT™ is the manufacturer of the most precision waterjet diamond orifices available. That research and experience is apparent in the workmanship that goes into each customer’s part or assembly. The wealth of services we offer, combined with the precision we are able to provide, is very unique. Our turnaround time, averaging two weeks, is also among the best in the industry.
